Thank you soooo much for reaching out regarding our Build-A-Buddy attraction for your fundraising event.
Most of our fundraising clients bring us in for a few very specific reasons.
- They want structure without stress. Our Build-A-Buddy experience gives each child a clear, engaging moment. One at a time, each child is guided by a friendly attendant as their buddy comes to life—full, soft, and beautifully made. The child is actively involved in the process, and even the children waiting their turn stay engaged, watching it all unfold. The adults are often fascinated, too.
- They want something that reflects well on their thoughtfulness and creativity. This isn’t a low-end giveaway that you get in a supermarket toy section. And, this is far from a forgettable activity. Our buddies are engineered in the United States using 100% recycled plastic water bottles transformed into ultra-soft fleece. What is the end result? A high-quality, thoughtful gift that makes people smile for years to come.
- They want positive feedback from the other parents. At virtually every event, we hear the same thing from the guests of our clients: “Where did you find this?” It becomes a talking point and a direct reflection of the effort put into the event.
- They want something that lasts. This isn’t just a stuffed animal—it’s something the children connect with. We regularly hear from parents that their child still sleeps with their buddy months and even years later. That kind of lasting impact is rare for nearly anything else the children can take home with them.
- The fundraiser can be nationwide. We can create a shopping cart for you on our page. With every buddy that is sold you would receive a percentage of that sale. It is 100% consignment and a one time setup fee of $199. You tell your clientele to send out a link by text to all of their friends and relatives nationwide. When they make the purchase a percentage of the purchase goes to you. Easy peasy.
For your event, the investment is $40 per child with a 20-buddy minimum for up to a 2-hour experience.
To keep things moving efficiently, you can add an additional attendant for $100. There is also a nominal fee for delivery, setup, strike, and teardown.
Many of our clients also choose to round out the experience with:
- Interactive Kids DJs (to keep the energy organized and flowing)
Face Painting (consistently one of the most requested add-ons) - Balloon Twisting
- Comedy magic
- Ice cream
- Caricatures
- Popscorn
- Super size legos
The ice cream cart rental is $300 for up to 4 hours. There is a nominal fee for delivery, setup, strike and teardown. You are welcome to provide your own frozen treats; or, we can do that for you. Most frozen goodies are $3-$4 each. You can provide an attendant or we can do that for you for a nominal fee.
Either way, you have an awesome party and fond memories for years to come.
